iDS created the interior design for the SUSIE space capsule for ArianeGroup and created content for the front dashboard. The mock-up was presented at Space Tech Expo Europe 2023.

"What does an industrial designer do?" was one of the topics on Girls' Day, when a schoolgirl visited us. She was able to see the giant 3D printer in action in the 3D printing lab at ZAL. We would like to get more women interested in the profession of industrial designer.
We visited Innotrans in Berlin and were inspired by the new train designs and technologies. Exciting topics were in focus such as: Hydrogen, Passenger Comfort, Internet, PRM and Sustainability.
Together with Prof. Werner Granzeier (IPG), Torsten Kanitz and the iDS team, FACC has developed a cabin concept of the future. The BIOS CABIN OF THE FUTURE focuses on the use of sustainable materials, optimal use of the available space, and the greatest possible accessibility and use of digital technologies For more information: Link to details
On our trip to Kobrow in Mecklenburg, we took a look at one of the largest collections of carriages in Europe in the museum. The intelligent technology and high-quality materials still inspire today. More info at: Link to Museum

iDS has designed the exterior graphics for the new DIRK laboratory wagon for the German Aerospace Center (DLR). It is located now in Minden/Germany for climate testing. For more information: Link to DLR
